Setting New Industry Standards for High Efficiency and Longevity
Recently, Jiangsu Jufeng officially unveiled a strategic product development plan, marking a new phase of technological innovation in the company’s compressed air post-treatment domain. The core of this plan is the launch of a brand-new series of combination dryers that integrate refrigerated air dryers and adsorption air dryers into a single unit, aiming to provide customers with a unified, high-efficiency compressed air purification solution.
Unlike traditional, separate refrigerated and adsorption dryers that require independent deployment, the most prominent advantage of these new units lies in their high degree of integration. The equipment features a unified, compact design, resulting in a significantly reduced footprint. This not only saves valuable factory floor space but also greatly simplifies the installation process, eliminating the complex piping connections and verification work between traditional separate units, thereby saving customers substantial installation costs and time.
Jufeng has already completed the R&D design of the initial models, covering several key flow specifications including 20, 30, 60, and 90 cubic meters per minute (m³/min). These initial models are now ready for market deployment. Recognizing the 20 to 45 m³/min capacity range as the most widely demanded and application-concentrated segment, the company has identified it as the key focus for the initial market penetration phase.
Looking ahead, Jiangsu Jufeng has planned a more comprehensive product matrix. The entire combination unit series will start from capacities above 15 m³/min and gradually expand to include 40, 50, 60, 80 m³/min, and others, ultimately forming a complete product family comprising 12 models in total. The annual core R&D goal for this series is explicitly “Exceeding Class 1 Energy Efficiency Standards”. This target carries a dual mission: first, to achieve ultimate energy efficiency, and second, to ensure exceptionally long equipment service life.
“Currently, the effective service life of many traditional devices on the market is approximately 3 to 5 years, with noticeable energy efficiency degradation over time. In contrast, the design philosophy behind our new generation of super Class 1 efficiency dryers is to fundamentally delay performance degradation through precise thermodynamic system integration and core material innovation. Our design goal is to ensure the equipment maintains stable and efficient operation over a long-term period exceeding ten years. This is not merely about extending lifespan; it is a value commitment to providing customers with lower operating costs and a higher return on investment throughout the entire product lifecycle.”
– Mr. Lan, Head of the Dryer Business Unit
To achieve this demanding goal of efficiency and reliability, the R&D team has made breakthroughs in key heat exchange components. The company is advancing the in-depth development and application of aluminum micro-channel heat exchangers. Compared to traditional copper heat exchangers, this technology demonstrates significant potential in terms of lightweight design, corrosion resistance, and adaptability to complex operating conditions while maintaining excellent heat exchange efficiency, providing a solid foundation for the long-term stable operation of core components. Currently, relevant comparative testing and durability validation are being conducted in an orderly manner.
Jufeng will first introduce medium-capacity models that meet mainstream market demands, followed by a phased rollout of the entire product series. The company is committed to providing global industrial customers with more efficient, more reliable, and more economical compressed air purification options, driving the industry towards a greener, more sustainable future.
