Two Stage Two Motor VSD Screw Air Compressor separately drives the low-pressure and high-pressure rotors with independent power systems. It allows optimized pressure ratio distribution and individual speed adjustment for each stage, securing first-class energy efficiency and remarkable energy savings. Horizontal layout, low center of gravity
Compared with the “top-bottom arrangement” structure of
the traditional two-stage compression main unit, both the
first and second stage compression units can now be fixed on
the chassis of the machine box, which effectively fixes the
vibration source and alleviates the vibration of the main unit,
making the entire air compressor system operate stably and
efficiently.
High-efficiency and energy-saving dualpermanent magnet motors
The permanent magnet synchronous motor adopts high-
performance neodymium iron boron permanent magnets and
does not lose its magnetism at 120°C. It uses high-quality
elastic couplings for direct drive. The permanent magnet is
integrated into the main unit of the compressor, making the
structure more compact and the transmission accuracy and
efficiency higher.
- First-class energy efficiency: The two-stage dual-drive structure independently controls low-pressure and high-pressure rotors separately, achieving optimal pressure ratio split. It reaches national first-class energy efficiency rating and keeps superior energy performance under varied working conditions.
- High efficiency and energy saving: Independent variable frequency regulation for each rotor set matches compression output precisely to air demand. It minimizes internal leakage and throttling loss, bringing more prominent energy-saving effect than single-drive two-stage compressors.
- IP65 protection class: The driving motor adopts IP65 protection grade, fully dust-tight and resistant to water splash. It adapts well to dusty, humid and harsh industrial environments and reduces the risk of motor damage.
